About the Role:

Responsibilities:

  • Address user tickets related to hardware, software, and networking.
  • Assist customers with installing applications and peripherals.
  • Provide step-by-step troubleshooting and resolve issues.
  • Perform remote diagnostics and testing.
  • Customize desktop applications to user needs and document technical solutions.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels.
  • Maintain user functionality by following up and ensuring systems are operational.
  • Collect customer feedback and relay potential product improvement requests.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent hands-on experience.

Required Skills:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in a Desktop Support, Technical Support, or similar role.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficient in Lenovo laptop repairs, Windows 10 & 11, Office 365, and Intune.
  • Experience with remote troubleshooting tools, imaging devices, network setups, and ServiceNow.
  • Familiarity with Mac OS/Linux environments is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of network security and anti-virus protocols.
  • Certifications: A+ and Microsoft certification (required).
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Behavioral Qualities: Target-driven, proactive, good listener, and a natural leader.
  • Language: Fluent in English (essential).

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Mac OS/Linux environments.

Pay range and compensation package:

Salary: $30 per hour (Gross Monthly: $4,800 – $5,600)
