The ideal candidate understands that business attire is slacks and button up shirt with sensible leather shoes and no head-ware that is not required by religion. They understand that 8-5 M-F is the work week and that from time-to-time there will be after hours and perhaps a weekend day that has to be worked, and that they are expected to show up on time every day no matter how late they worked or how many days over the weekend they worked.
They will understand that they will be expected to grow their skill-set and volunteer to expand their responsibility level and that those things are what bring on pay increases and promotions.
They will also understand that the job is 70/30 on site and might require overnight travel 2-3 times a year.
