The ideal candidate will have a strong background in California probate law, trust administration, and estate disputes, with a proven ability to manage cases from inception to resolution. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on complex and challenging cases while advancing your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.Duties/Responsibilities:Handle a diverse caseload of probate, trust, and estate litigation matters, including will contests, trust disputes, fiduciary litigation, and related issues.Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.Represent clients in court appearances, mediation, and settlement negotiations.Provide legal advice and guidance to clients, keeping them informed of case progress and developments.Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant California laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and effective case management.Participate in firm meetings, continuing legal education (CLE) programs, and other professional development activities.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.3-5 years of experience in probate, trust, and estate litigation in California.Strong knowledge of California probate law, trust administration, and estate planning.Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.Proven ability to manage cases independently and as part of a team.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.Compensation & Benefits:Base Salary $140,000 - $250,000Dedicated marketingTop 100 - Trust and Estate Litigation Super Lawyers 2017 - 2024Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.401(k)Generous paid time off (PTO) and holidays.Professional development opportunities, including CLE programs and bar association memberships.A supportive and collaborative work environment with opportunities for advancement.Location:Brentwood Los Angeles, CaliforniaOn-SiteOpen to hybrid conversation depending on candidate experience***Please note that we at Career Consulting Partners will be sure to keep your information private.
