Job Requirements 2 years of unit experience required. Schedule Information 12 hour shifts, 36 hours guaranteed. Shifts & Scheduling: 0630-1830, 1830-0630 / Smart Square online scheduling Weekend Requirements: Every third Holiday Requirements: Rotating with perm staff Unit Specific Information Are RNs required to titrate drips?: Yes Common titratable &/or set rate drips: Heparin, Nitro, Dopamine, Cardizem, Amiodarone, insulin Is there a Charge Nurse on each shift? Does the charge nurse take an assignment?: Yes Are there nurse aids/patient care techs on this unit? Ratios? Duties?: Yes, 1:12 Additional Details WILL NOT APPROVE BLOCKED SCHEDULING OR SAME SCHEDULE/SHIFTS, MUST BE FLEXIBLE AND WILLING TO FLOAT AND WORK WHEN NEEDED Looking for someone who is flexible and willing to learn as well as take feedback along the way Different cultural populations are served on this unit- primarily Hispanic and Somalian Radius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity. RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
