Are RNs required to titrate drips?: YesCommon titratable &/or set rate drips: Heparin, Nitro, Dopamine, Cardizem, Amiodarone, insulinIs there a Charge Nurse on each shift? Does the charge nurse take an assignment?: YesAre there nurse aids/patient care techs on this unit? Ratios? Duties?: Yes, 1:12Additional Details
WILL NOT APPROVE BLOCKED SCHEDULING OR SAME SCHEDULE/SHIFTS, MUST BE FLEXIBLE AND WILLING TO FLOAT AND WORK WHEN NEEDEDLooking for someone who is flexible and willing to learn as well as take feedback along the wayDifferent cultural populations are served on this unit- primarily Hispanic and SomalianRadius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
