Beds: 40 beds with average daily census of 24Ratios: 1:4-5 both days and nightsCharge Nurse on each shiftNurse aids/patient care techs on unitRT Equipment: High flowFloating Requirements: To MedSurg or to ICU to take PCU acuity patientsScrub Color/Dress code: Navy Blue1 week of unit/department specific orientationRadius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or DignityRTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions
