Requisition Summary PACCAR Parts Division is seeking a PC/Applications Support Analyst to join our dynamic IT Operations Team. In this role, you will handle Salesforce and Amazon Connect Cloud Call Center user administrative functions and support 3rd party out-of-box applications. Additionally, you will provide advanced support for critical IT equipment and escalating complex issues as needed. Overseeing the IT ticketing system, managing inventory, and maintaining effective communication with end-users will also be key responsibilities. Job Functions / Responsibilities Provide support of 3rd party out-of-box applications, including SharePoint, DocuWare, Sage 50 and Digital Signage. Handle Salesforce and Amazon Connect Cloud Call Center administrative functions including user account maintenance and workflows. Provide advanced support for diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to servers, PCs, iPhones, and video conferencing equipment. Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or external vendors when necessary. Assist with regular IT audits to verify compliance with security protocols and operational standards. Manage inventory of IT equipment and software licenses. Assist with deployment of new PCs and mobile devices. Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT processes, procedures, and issue resolutions. Maintain effective communication with end-users to understand their needs and provide timely updates on issue resolution. Work closely with PC/LAN supervisor to analyze existing operations and make recommendations for improvement and growth of the infrastructure. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in related field required. Minimum of two years' experience in PC hardware and software configuration, installation, and troubleshooting required. Experience with Executive level IT support. Salesforce Administrator Certificate preferred. Must possess these skill sets:excellent communication both written and verbal, customer service, analytical, strong organizational, ability to handle multiple shifting priorities, self-motivated, innovative, and always striving for excellence. Experience with planning, coordinating, and implementing projects in a desktop environment. Working knowledge of Power Shell and/or Python Scripting strongly preferred. Ability to work adjusted hours as needed to support remote locations. We carefully consider numerous compensation factors including your education, training, or experience. The salary range for this position is $75,100 - $103,730 annually. Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
