Sr. Human Resources Generalist

Westward360 is a leader in the Property Management industry, with locations across the map. We service condo, townhome, and homeowner associations, and provide rental management services to multi-family, single-unit, and co-op properties. This unique position supports all divisions of our business including Community Association Management (CAM), Investments, and our Westward360 Pro's.

Write, update, and implement HR policies and procedures while updating the employee Help Center.Manage and oversee the Corporate Office front desk & staff day to day.Assist the Payroll and Benefits Specialist in payroll processing to ensure accuracy and compliance.Address employee relations issues and act as a liaison between staff and management.Provide general HR support across all business units (CAM, Pro's, Investments).Support the Talent Manager with onboarding efforts and new hire experienceEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.What you'll need:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.2-4 years of general HR experience with exposure to policy writing, payroll, and employee relations.Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices.Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Salary Description

$65,000 - $75,000
