Manage complex transactions involving the financing and M&A of energy transition projects.Oversee tax equity and renewable energy tax credit monetization transactions.Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to project finance and energy transactions.Provide strategic legal advice to clients on financing matters in the energy transition space.Collaborate with internal teams and clients to execute high-value transactions.Lead and support innovative energy transition and infrastructure financing projects across multiple jurisdictions.Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of experience in energy transition finance matters.Proven experience handling transactions in financing and M&A of energy transition projects.Experience with tax equity and renewable energy tax credit monetization matters.Strong analytical, writing, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.Effective communication and client management skills.Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.Certifications
Admitted to practice law in the jurisdiction where the candidate is applying.Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple complex transactions and meet deadlines.Effective negotiation and persuasive communication skills.Strong leadership and project management abilities.
