Handle complex transactions related to financing and mergers & acquisitions (M&A) in the energy transition sector.Manage tax equity and renewable energy tax credit monetization transactions.Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to project finance and M&A.Provide strategic legal counsel on energy transition financing projects.Collaborate with clients and internal teams to execute high-value transactions in the energy space.Lead and support innovative energy transition and infrastructure financing projects.Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of experience in energy transition finance matters.Strong experience in handling transactions involving tax equity and renewable energy tax credit monetization.Excellent analytical, writing, and organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently within a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with clients and manage high-profile transactions.Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.Certifications
Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction where the position is located.Skills
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Ability to manage multiple complex transactions and meet deadlines.Strong business judgment and persuasive negotiation skills.Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
