Manage complex transactions in the areas of financing and M&A related to energy transition projects and companies.Handle tax equity and renewable energy tax credit monetization transactions.Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents for project finance.Provide strategic legal advice to clients on financing matters in the energy sector.Collaborate with clients and internal teams to execute high-value deals.Lead and support energy transition and infrastructure financing projects.Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in energy transition finance matters.Proven experience handling financing and M&A transactions, including tax equity and renewable energy tax credit matters.Strong analytical and writing skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.Strong communication and client management skills.Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.Certifications
Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction where the position is located.Skills
