Manage complex transactions related to financing and M&A of energy transition projects.Oversee tax equity and renewable energy tax credit monetization matters.Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents for project finance transactions.Provide strategic legal advice to clients on energy transition financing projects.Collaborate with internal teams and clients to execute high-value deals in the energy sector.Lead and support innovative energy transition financing projects across various jurisdictions.Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in energy transition finance matters.Proven experience handling tax equity and renewable energy tax credit transactions.Strong analytical and writing skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.Effective communication and client management skills.Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.Certifications
Admission to practice in the jurisdiction where the candidate is applying.Skills
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Ability to manage multiple complex transactions and meet deadlines.Persuasive communication and negotiation skills.Demonstrated leadership and project management abilities.
