Handle transactions related to financing and mergers & acquisitions (M&A) in the energy transition sector.Manage tax equity and renewable energy tax credit monetization.Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents for project finance and M&A transactions.Provide strategic legal and financial advice on energy transition projects.Collaborate with clients and internal teams to execute complex, high-value deals.Lead and support innovative energy transition financing projects across the firm's national offices.Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of experience in energy transition finance matters.Expertise in handling tax equity and renewable energy tax credit transactions.Strong legal writing, drafting, and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.Demonstrated skills in client management and communication.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects.Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree.Certifications
Must be admitted to practice in the jurisdiction of the respective office location.Skills
