Handle complex transactions involving the financing and mergers & acquisitions (M&A) of energy transition projects.Oversee tax equity and renewable energy tax credit monetization transactions.Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to project finance and energy-related transactions.Provide strategic legal and financial advice on energy transition projects to clients.Collaborate with internal teams and clients to execute high-value energy deals.Lead and support innovative energy transition and infrastructure financing projects.Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of experience in energy transition finance matters.Experience handling transactions involving tax equity and renewable energy tax credit monetization.Strong analytical, writing, and organizational skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.Proven ability to manage multiple complex transactions and meet deadlines.Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.Certifications
Admitted to practice law in the jurisdiction of the respective office location.Skills
