Handle transactions related to financing and mergers & acquisitions of energy transition projects and companies.Focus on tax equity and renewable energy tax credit monetization.Engage in complex financial structuring in the energy transition sector.Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to energy financing transactions.Provide strategic legal advice to clients in energy-related financial matters.Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of experience in energy transition finance matters.Extensive experience with tax equity and renewable energy tax credit transactions.Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative environment.Strong written and oral communication skills.Demonstrated research and problem-solving abilities.Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree.Certifications
Must be admitted to practice law in the jurisdiction of the respective office location.Skills
