Manage complex transactions related to financing and mergers & acquisitions (M&A) of energy transition projects.Handle tax equity and renewable energy tax credit monetization matters.Draft, review, and negotiate documents related to energy finance and project development.Collaborate with clients on strategic legal and financial matters within the energy transition space.Support and lead innovative energy transition financing deals across multiple jurisdictions.Work closely with teams across various offices to provide legal solutions to high-profile clients.Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of experience in energy transition finance matters.Extensive experience with tax equity and renewable energy tax credit transactions.Strong analytical, legal drafting, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong business judgment and attention to detail in handling complex transactions.Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.Certifications
Must be admitted to practice law in the jurisdiction where the position is located.Skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex, multi-party transactions.Ability to manage client relationships effectively.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Company info
