A law firm is seeking a motivated and experienced Mid-To-Senior Level Corporate Healthcare Transactional Associate Attorney to join their Chicago office. The successful candidate will work closely with a team of skilled attorneys, providing critical guidance to a wide range of innovative healthcare clients. This role offers the opportunity to engage in high-level strategic transactions, advising clients through mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity investments, and day-to-day corporate matters.Key Responsibilities:

Advise healthcare clients on mergers and acquisitions, asset and equity acquisition transactions, venture capital, private equity investments, and joint ventures.Provide comprehensive legal guidance on corporate formation, capital raises, operational strategy, contract negotiations, and other corporate organizational matters.Take ownership of various projects, ensuring timely and thorough completion of client matters.Work collaboratively with a team of attorneys to deliver practical legal solutions aligned with the client's business objectives.Engage with clients and third-party advisors regularly, providing updates and answering questions related to their corporate and transactional legal needs.Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of transactional documents, including purchase agreements, operating agreements, and joint venture agreements.Conduct legal research and provide well-founded advice on relevant legal issues to ensure regulatory compliance within the healthcare industry.Required Qualifications:

Experience:

4-6 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and/or transactional law, with a focus on healthcare.Bar Admission:

Must be admitted to the Illinois Bar.Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school with outstanding academic credentials.Skills:

Strong oral and written communication abilities.Advanced research and analytical skills.Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.Strong client service orientation with the ability to interact directly with clients and advisors.
