Job Description
Project Oversight : Manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.Team Leadership : Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and construction crews, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.Safety Management : Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with safety regulations to create a safe work environment.Quality Control : Monitor work quality, ensuring that all construction meets project specifications and industry standards.Communication : Serve as the main point of contact between clients, architects, and engineers, facilitating effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.Problem-Solving : Quickly address any issues or challenges that arise on-site, implementing solutions to keep the project on track.Documentation : Maintain accurate records of daily activities, progress reports, and any changes to the project scope.Budget Management : Assist in tracking project costs and managing resources efficiently to prevent budget overruns.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
