Skills Required: - Knowledge of professional nursing theory, practices, techniques, and procedures. - Ability to organize, plan, coordinate, and evaluate nursing services and apply nursing techniques. - Maintain good working relationships with colleagues. - Good verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to respond effectively to cultural and language needs of patients and visitors. - Basic computer skills. Education Required: - Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program. Preferred Education: - Bachelor of Science (or higher) in Nursing Board Approved Program.
