Skills & Experience: - Knowledge of professional nursing theory, practices, techniques, and procedures.- Ability to organize, plan, coordinate, and evaluate nursing services and apply nursing techniques.- Good verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to maintain good working relationships with other employees.- Ability to respond effectively to patients' and visitors' cultural and language needs.- Basic computer skills. Education: - Required: Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program. - Preferred: Bachelor of Science (or higher) in Nursing from a Board Approved Program.
