, Employer Matching 401 (k) plan (after 1 year), Employer Subsidized Dental Plan and Vision Plan, Paid life insurance, Employer Paid Training, 136 Hours Paid Time Off (PTO) Per YearDuties and Responsibilities:Responsible for receiving and processing daily Homeless Work Program (HWP) HMIS, ROI, program packets, scanning, and submitting documents to the QM Department & Program Manager.Responsible for updating HWP Financial and HMIS Trackers and generating them to HWP Specialists & Program Manager daily.Responsible for updating HWP trackers.Responsible for collecting, organizing, and entering resources referrals into tracker daily.Responsible for collecting, organizing, and scanning program packets into database daily.Responsible for printing, stocking, and providing blank resources referrals, HMIS Documents, program surveys, ROIs, program packets, and resource guides for HWP Specialist documentation trays.Scheduling, completing tracking and reporting VISPDATS.Providing resources upon request for Tucson Pima Coordinated Entry callers.Other duties as assigned.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent with two years related administrative experience. Excellence verbal and written communication, administrative, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Able to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidential information. Superior time management skills and the ability to multi-task. Advanced Microsoft Office skills required (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). Technical skills with office equipment. American Sign Language or Spanish speaking/writing a plus.Employment References, drug screen and background check are conducted pre-employment.$15.46 - $18.15 - $20.84In accordance with pay transparency, the salary reflected in this posting is the full salary range for this position. Individual placement within the range is based on the candidate's current experience, education, skills, and abilities related to the position. Salary placement is typically between the minimum and mid-point of the salary range.
