Description

The team member in the position organizes and coordinates administration duties, bookkeeping responsibilities and office procedures. The individual's role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring accurate financial records and high levels of organizational effectiveness and communication.

Generate purchase orders and check requisitions.Monitor, order and receive office supplies, furniture and equipment for department.Coordinate the purchase and distribution of meals for extracurricular activities.Reconcile purchase orders and expense statements regarding extracurricular activities from vendors.Answer telephone calls and emails from schools and public and direct them to relevant staff.Enter transactions regarding purchases for extracurricular activities on the expense spreadsheet.Run expense report and distribute to relevant staff.Compile and report time sheet data for department and staff.Qualifications

Accredited High School Diploma or equivalent (U.S.A. Equivalency).3-5 years in direct experience preferred.Office Management skills.Ability to perform bookkeeping, payroll, and accounts payable / receivable tasks.Records Management and Data Entry skills.Customer Service skills.Communication skills.
