Remote - USAbout the role:As a CBRE Occupancy Planning Director, you will direct the department in the achievement of strategic goals and occupancy planning deliverables. This job is part of the Moves, Additions and Changes function, responsible for building space design, construction, and moving services.What you’ll do:Provide formal supervision to employees, track training and development, conduct performance evaluations, and mentor staff.Coordinate and supervise the team's daily activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.Set and track staff and department deadlines, and mentor and coach as needed.Establish performance objectives and deliverables related to department goals.Develop, install, and maintain key processes for project efficiencies.Assist in writing RFP responses and implementing proposals.Coordinate with the line of business platform to support client needs.Lead and achieve financial, operational, and other measures defined in deliverables and KPIs.Collaborate with other departments to forecast and develop annual real estate plans.Conduct periodic interviews of business units to identify future business direction.Develop a five-year real estate plan and create benchmarks to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.Apply knowledge of key drivers impacting departmental and cross-functional performance.Model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values and negotiate with external partners.Identify and solve complex operational and organizational problems.Significantly improve existing methods, processes, and standards.What you’ll need:Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience; a combination of experience and education will be considered.Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, and performance management.Ability to convey performance expectations and handle sensitive information.Leadership skills to set and achieve targets impacting multiple department results.In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.Expert organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mentality.Why CBRE?FORTUNE 500 #126, FORTUNE Most Admired Company #1 in real estate for third consecutive year; Ten years in a row on the list!Forbes named one of the best large employers in America and one of the World's Best Employers!Role benefits include: 401(K), Dental Insurance, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, and Vision Insurance.The minimum salary for this position is $130,000 annually, and the maximum is $160,000 annually, depending on the candidate’s skills and experience.
