Sr. Staff Accountant . The Staff Accountant will assist with project accounting and payroll duties as well as accounts payable, accounts receivable and journal entries.Benefits :Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance, ID Theft Protection, Prepaid Legal, Pet Insurance, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Professional Development, Paid Vacation, Paid Holiday, and Paid Sick LeavePrincipal Duties/Responsibilities:Accounts Receivable:* Creates invoices, reconcile Open Billing Detail, maintain project budgets and alert supervisory staff of any discrepancies.* Assist in invoice submission, address questions and ensure timely resolution.* Collections follow-up* Process Daily Cash ReceiptsAccounts Payable:* Processing vendor invoices and research reconciliation as needed.* Review and process purchase orders.* Review and process employee expense reports.Month End:* Journal entries, month end close and accrual schedules.* Account and Bank Reconciliations.* Maintain intercompany transactions.Payroll:* 1099 and W2 processing.* Bi-weekly Payroll processing and time sheet reconciliation.* Taxes - monthly and quarterly reconciliations, review Paylocity month end filings vs. reports.General:* Other related duties as assigned.RequirementsEducation and Experience Requirements:Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting or related field preferred.Preferred Special Skills and Experiences:* Government contracting not limited to DCAA interactions and WAWF* Experience with incurred cost submissions, rate reconciliations* Ability to understand and interpret contract implications related to project setup and billing.* Unanet experience a plus, but not required.* Paylocity experience a plus, but not required.* Ability to enter data accurately and efficiently into computer software and systems.* Good verbal and written communication skills.* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Location:Hybrid (Ability to meet in Wayne, PA as needed)Type:Full-timeEqual Opportunity Policy:TDI Technologies, Inc. provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment.
