Job Description: Business Development /Sales Associates PruTech Solutions Inc. is an established IT solutions, consulting and staffing firm with over 16 years of extensive experience in implementing high quality technology and business solutions for our clients in Government, Financial, Health, and other sectors.PruTech is hiring a Business Development / Sales Associates to work in our Washington, DC office.
Successful candidates will have opportunities to work with existing clients and/or develop new business in Local, State, and Federal Government Sector.

Washington, DC Metro area . Sell IT Solutions and Services to senior client management. Conduct presentations, lead negotiations, coordinate sales decision-making process and overcome challenges to closure. Develop client relationships to build a sustained pipeline of opportunities. Assist senior PruTech managers in serving clients and in improving the process. Meet and/or exceed weekly, monthly and quarterly sales goals.Job Requirements: Selling services and Solutions to corporations. Selling experience in the IT staffing or IT service industry is preferred, but not necessary. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are required. A results oriented self-starter who can multi-task and be motivated to exceed targets, goals and expectations. Ability to influence and persuade to achieve desired outcomes Bachelor's Degree required.
