This leadership role will involve crafting and executing effective business development strategies, mentoring the team for optimal performance, and nurturing client relationships. You will harmonize efforts with other departments to ensure alignment with our organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:Inspire and mentor the business development team, creating a success-driven environment focused on accountability and goal achievement.Communicate service offerings and value propositions consistently within the team and with prospective clients.Exceed individual and team revenue quotas through various engagement strategies, including networking, cold calling, and social media interactions.Review department metrics regularly to support client growth.Utilize CRM tools diligently for tracking lead generation and performance metrics.Manage daily operations, including team performance evaluations and resource allocation.Document and maintain all new business development agreements and related materials.Stay abreast of market trends and competitor services to effectively position our offerings.Identify growth opportunities through campaigns and industry events, ensuring team engagement for maximum ROI.Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to adapt products to market needs.Regularly update the executive team on business development performance and strategic initiatives.Required Skills:Strong leadership and motivational skills to drive a high-performing team.Strategic development and execution skills aligned with organizational goals.Expertise in prospecting and client acquisition through various channels.Proficiency in analyzing business metrics to make data-driven decisions.Deep understanding of SaaS models and CRM tools.Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.Education and Experience:College degree or 5 years of relevant experience in sales/business development within the B2B services sector is preferred. Candidates should have 3-5 years of team management experience.Travel Requirements:Occasional travel up to 10% may be required for client meetings and industry events.Physical and Mental Demands:Expect to engage in prolonged periods at a desk or in meetings, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.Functions:Business Development
