Job Summary As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Senior Business Analyst, you will be crucial in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement solutions, train end-users, and provide ongoing support to ensure effective use of the system. Essential Functions Identify, gather, and document business requirements and objectives. Analyze current processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization within Dynamics 365. Work with technical teams to design and propose solutions that meet business requirements using Dynamics 365 capabilities. Assist in implementing Dynamics 365 solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems. Provide training to end-users and ongoing support to ensure effective use of the system. Develop reports and dashboards to track performance metrics and provide insights for decision-making. Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and address concerns throughout the project lifecycle. Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline At least 7 years of experience in an ERP Business Analyst role Preferred: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations modules, including configuration and customization Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications, conducting gap analysis, and recommending solutions to bridge functional gaps Experience defining and maintaining business processes.
