Job Summary As the Enterprise Integration Architect (EIA) at the Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection, you will tackle complex integration challenges to streamline data synchronization processes and enhance system interconnectivity across both shipboard and shoreside operations. In this pivotal role, you will lead the development and implementation of API-driven integrations, significantly enhancing the efficiency of partner onboarding and reducing operational costs through the use of reusable integration frameworks. Your expertise will be crucial in mitigating risks associated with system interdependencies, ensuring a robust and resilient architecture for integration and API management. Essential Functions Design and implement integration strategies across shipboard and shoreside systems to ensure seamless connectivity and functionality Develop and maintain architectural frameworks for integration, leveraging industry best practices Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define and refine technical requirements for system integrations Lead the technical design, development, and maintenance of integrations with Salesforce CRM, Dynamics 365 F&O, and other mission critical systems Provide expert guidance on API development, data transformation, and middleware processes. Mentor and provide architectural direction to development teams during the software development life cycle Define EA standards, EA governance frameworks, and assist with system integration standards Provide expert advice to project teams on use of integration technology, data architecture and modeling, system architecture including integration best practices Work with project teams in definition of requirements for integration strategies of their projects into the Enterprise Architecture Manage internal resources as well as augmented or externally sourced team members Oversee development and support of batch and backend processes related to the application portfolio Assist with incident response, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem resolution Collaborate closely with technical, data, and security architects to prepare integration architecture recommendations, implementation plans, and ensure delivery aligns with expectations and non-functional requirements Define integration specification together with Enterprise Architects and products teams, understanding their integration needs and providing expert guidance on technology choices and implementation strategies for these specific integrations Define the end-to-end integration architecture covering process, application, data, and technology. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies and procedures Lead the design and implementation of new integrations within the IT landscape, ensure alignment with the enterprise architecture and meeting both functional and non-functional requirements Keep the integration team up to date with emerging technologies and trends, ensuring technical integrity and consistency of each integration solution throughout its lifecycle Collaborate with vendors, ensuring effective vendor management for integration technologies, solution selection and participate in the resolution of technical issues or escalations Advocate integration-specific architecture plans and strategies to all IT architects and the impacted product teams Skills and Experience BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline At least 3 years of experience in an integration architecture role Experience defining and maintaining architecture standards and policies Strong knowledge of emerging technologies and trends within application and integration architecture Proven experience in leading large scale integration projects, including design and implementation of complex systems Extensive knowledge of integration frameworks (SOA, APIs, microservices) and middleware technologies Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of driving technology initiatives and influencing stakeholders Ability to work collaboratively with other IT leaders and stakeholders to achieve common goals Preferred experience with Salesforce CRM, Dynamics F&O, AWS, iPaaS - Mulesoft Work Environment Hybrid, working in a typical office environment Travel may be required The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection is an Equal opportunity, inclusive employer and will consider all applicants for employment with the Company on the basis of merit, competence and qualifications without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, or any other category protected by federal, state, or local law.
