Recruiting Coordinator | Charlotte, NC | Hybrid
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Recruiting Coordinator to join our team and support our growing recruitment needs.
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our talent acquisition process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment processes and utilizing our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate information and streamline the hiring process.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $38 - $40 / hr. w2
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to design and execute effective recruitment strategies that align with the company's goals.
Manage and coordinate schedules for multiple recruiters and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient interview processes.
Work closely with hiring managers to conduct intake sessions, understanding their staffing needs and aligning recruitment activities accordingly.
Optimize recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience, utilizing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) effectively.
Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
Partner with hiring managers and the talent acquisition team to ensure alignment and support throughout the hiring process.
Experience Requirements:
3+ years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting.
Proficiency in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
Education Requirements:
Relevant experience in recruitment coordination or a related field
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.
