Job Summary

The Enrollment Department is seeking an Assistant Director of Enrollment Services. This is a full-time 1.00 FTE, 12-month, professional faculty position.

This position is located in Bend, Oregon.As a member of the OSU-Cascades Enrollment Management leadership team, the goal of the position is to improve the retention and graduation rates of OSU-Cascades students through financial aid and scholarship support, financial literacy programs, and veteran student support. This position will help support customer service and will travel locally for outreach and recruitment. They work with campus partners in the OSU Financial Aid, Scholarship, Veterans and Student Account offices and the Central Oregon Community College Financial Aid office. This position has lead work responsibilities, managing programs as described in the "position duties". This position has supervisory responsibilities and direct reports.

What You Will NeedBachelor's degree in field of choice from a regionally accredited institution.Three years of professional experience working in an enrollment management environment including admissions, registrar, scholarships and/or financial aid offices.Communicates professionally and effectively both orally and in writing-which includes public speaking and creating presentation materials.Knowledge and/or experience working with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures and a demonstrable commitment to diversity.Commitment to exceptional customer service.This position requires driving a university vehicle or a personal vehicle on behalf of the university; therefore, the incumbent must successfully complete a motor vehicle history check, possess and maintain a current, valid driver's license in their state of residence, be determined to be position qualified and self-report convictions as per University Policy 05-030.

This position is designated as a critical or security-sensitive position; therefore, the incumbent must successfully complete a criminal history check and be determined to be position qualified as per University Standard: 05-010 et seq. Incumbents are required to self-report convictions and those in youth programs may have additional criminal history checks every 24 months.

What We Would Like You to Have

Master's degree in business, student services administration or another related field. Experience as a financial aid advisor at a college or university.Experience working with scholarshipsExperience supervising employeesFluent in a second language, Spanish preferredProficiency with Banner Student Information Systems (SIS) or other student information and/or scholarship system

Working Conditions / Work Schedule

Occasional evening and weekend work as needed for recruitment and outreach events. Primarily travel to events in Central Oregon.
