$107,097 - $113,047 Shift:
Day As a Nurse Practitioner, you will utilize your advanced training and skills to assess and manage your patients effectively. You will collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to deliver family-centered care that promotes the well-being of patients and their families. Key Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive patient assessments and physical examinations. Collect vital clinical data, prepare patients for tests, and administer treatments. Diagnose medical conditions and order necessary diagnostic tests. Advise on drug properties, treatment alternatives, and preventive health measures. Maintain accurate patient documentation and coding for effective billing. Lead clinical shifts to ensure smooth patient care processes and serve as a mentor to new staff. Qualifications: Master's Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program. Active Nurse Practitioner license required upon hire. Certification in Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) and Basic Life Support (BCLS) required upon hire. Proficient in medical recordkeeping and billing systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to HIPAA compliance and professional standards. Physical Demands: Required to stand and walk constantly with frequent lifting and carrying. Occasional climbing, balancing, and pulling may be necessary.
