Day (United States of America) Salary Range:
$107,097 - $113,047 As a Nurse Practitioner (NP), you will leverage your clinical experience and advanced knowledge to provide exceptional care to patients with specialized health needs. You will be responsible for the assessment and management of patients, overseeing diagnostic tests, consultations, and therapeutic interventions while collaborating closely with attending physicians and other healthcare providers. Key Responsibilities: Utilize your comprehensive knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology to deliver optimal patient care. Perform thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations, vital signs monitoring, and specimen collection. Diagnose medical conditions and provide appropriate treatments, including administering medications and performing minor surgeries. Maintain accurate patient records and coding for effective billing. Lead and coordinate patient care processes during clinical shifts, ensuring a seamless flow of treatment and discharge. Mentor new staff and physician assistant students, fostering a supportive learning environment. Qualifications: Master's Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program is required. Proficient in computerized medical recordkeeping and billing systems. Strong professional demeanor and ability to build confidence with patients and colleagues. Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. HIPAA compliance is imperative. Valid Nurse Practitioner license, ATLS certification, and BCLS certification are required upon hire. Physical Demands: Constant standing, walking, and engaging with patients. Frequent lifting, carrying, and pushing as needed. Occasional climbing and balancing. Regular interactions involving talking, hearing, and handling medical equipment.
