Manage benefits communications, including open enrollment.Lead all details of annual open enrollment for the Americas region.Responsible for Workday benefits configuration for the Americas region working with HRIT and HR Operations.Review and analyze benefit plan renewals and assess recommendations.Facilitate employee open enrollment meetings both in person and virtually.Organize and schedule various events related to benefits.Develop and distribute benefit educational materials.Support new hire and open enrollment processes.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.Experience in a related role such as Human Resources Generalist, Compensation and Benefits Specialist, or Human Resources Manager.Knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws.Certification such as Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) may be preferred.
