Position Responsibilities: Managing and reporting the health of the project portfolio and resource capacity at the enterprise level Assisting with yearly planning and budgeting forecasts in coordination with supported business units and resource planners Manage ongoing intake of new portfolio items and portfolio review meetings with key stakeholders across Reyes Family of Business Working with business leaders, managers, and stakeholders to implement portfolio management practices and ensure they are understood, supported, and adopted Improving or creating portfolio management processes, practices, documentation, and tools to support execution, protect quality and successfully achieve business objectives Partnering closely with all Reyes Family of Businesss PMO teams and IT resources to define and manage the portfolio of Service Catalog items Ability to travel up to 10% of the time Other projects or duties as assigned Required Education and Experience: Bachelors Degree in Business or technology discipline with 4 plus years experience in enterprise IT project, program, and portfolio management including strategic planning, annual planning, financial budgeting, resource management or a High School Diploma and 7 plus years of related above experience in lieu of bachelors degree Preferred Education and Experience: PowerBI reporting development Proficiency with related software tools including, but not limited to, Project Portfolio Management tools.
