About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The major end result of this job position is to ensure that the office runs smoothly and efficiently, and that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive and professional attitude.
Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentProficiency in Microsoft Office Word and ExcelExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to handle confidential information with discretionStrong written and verbal communication skillsPreferred Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fieldExperience in office administration or related fieldExperience with spreadsheets and data analysisAbility to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controlsExperience handling multiple tasks simultaneously and meeting deadlinesResponsibilities:
Performing general office duties, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and filing paperworkAssisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and dataMaintaining and updating company databasesScheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangementsAssisting with the preparation and distribution of internal and external communications
