Job Summary/Company : We are seeking a proactive and highly organized
Recruiting Coordinator
to provide full lifecycle administrative support for the interview portion of the candidate experience. As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating all aspects of the interview process. This includes managing events, virtual webcam interviews, travel coordination, and escorting onsite candidates. You will provide high-touch support to candidates, hiring managers, and career managers to ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive interview experience for all parties involved. Your role will also involve collaborating frequently with recruiters and hiring teams, ensuring timely completion of actions while adhering to company processes and government regulations.
Responsibilities :Provide full lifecycle administrative support for the interview process, including scheduling, coordination, and logistical support for interviews.Coordinate virtual webcam interviews, ensuring candidates and interviewers are prepared with all necessary technology and information.Manage travel coordination for onsite interviews, ensuring candidates have a seamless experience from travel bookings to onsite logistics.Escort onsite candidates during their interview process, ensuring comfort and timely arrival at interview locations.Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and career managers to ensure the timely completion of interview processes and activities.Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring a high-touch experience that aligns with organizational values.Qualifications/Background Profile :
Proven experience in administrative support or coordination, preferably within Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on delivering a positive candidate experience.Familiarity with virtual interview platforms and travel coordination.Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite programs and Workday
