Manager of IntegrationS CA Health is seeking a Practice Integration Manager who will be fully dedicated to SCAH's acquisition, merger, and de-integration project efforts related to physician practices . The Practice Integration Manager will work closely with new partnerships, SCA Health and OSP operational leadership, clinical and support services teams. Practice Integration Managers are expected to work independently leading complex projects while ensuring process standardization and scalability .

Job SummaryThis position is r esponsible for the simultaneous management of multiple projects with vary ing size and complexity. Project types include Practice acquisitions , varying levels of Practice Integrations or De-integrations, alignment of Practice systems with ASC's, and general project management support of enterprise Practice opportunities. The role will include management of the entire project life cycle , from the planning stages to the complete execution of the workplan.

Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe Practice Integration Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of multiple i ntegration projects simultaneously , including:

* Leveraging diligence findings and Operational Readout information in determining integration priorities

* Leading the Operating Model process and effectively managing custom requirements

* Partnering with support service departments to ensure effective communication, facility support, and efficient use of SCA Health and OSP resources

* Ensuring role clarity and scalability with Practice leadership , operations, and individual lanes

* Determining the appropriate areas of focus for the project team

* Providing tactical leadership and ma king decisions independently

* Leading the resolution of cross-functional issues

* Escalating issues to senior management when appropriate

* Critically thinking through integration requirements and operational risks

* Assigning integration resources (external and internal) to tasks

* Providing st atus reports to m anagement using appropriate enterprise tools

* Providing supervision and oversight to external consultants

* Encouraging communication amongst all project/deal related stakeholders

Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Business Management , Project Management, or HealthCare Administration preferred

* 3-5 years of practical project management experience require d

* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification desired

* Three or more years of prior supervisory work experience in Healthcare/Practice Integrations or Operations and project management

Travel Required

* 15-25 %

Required Skills

* Exceptional analytical and organizational skills, including a proven ability to adapt to a dynamic project environment

* Experience with physician practice design, structure, functionality, and operations

* Skillset to work with physicians and practice leadership

* Strong leadership skills including conflict resolution

* Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written with clients, stakeholders, and senior leadershi p, both internal and external to the organization

* S trong interpersonal, writing and oral communication skills

* A bility to drive and motivate large teams within an organization though strategic leadership and guidance

* Extensive e xperience required in communicating and collaborating across different audiences and stakeholders

* Candidates must have good general business sense and be able to analyze complex business models and provide solutions

* Experienced project management skills, abilities, and experiences
