Summary The Assistant Manager in the Treasury Team will play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), banking, and cash management functions. The ideal candidate should be a dynamic leader with a strong background in accounting, possessing excellent Excel skills, adept at data analysis, and skilled in implementing new technology and automating work processes. Responsibilities Lead and manage daily AR and AP operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency Supervise banking activities, including reconciliations and cash flow forecasting, to optimize liquidity management Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management to support decision-making Assist the manager in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports that integrate AR, AP, and treasury data Ensure that reports are accurate, timely, and aligned with organizational goals and compliance requirements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance treasury processes and systems Assist in the development and implementation of treasury policies and procedures Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to team members on treasury processes and systems Contribute to special projects and initiatives as needed to support the overall goals of the organization Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required Compensation Range $86,000 - $96,000 per year (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection) Benefits of working at Hyundai GLOVIS America Inc.
