Job Description: Associate Attorney – Commercial Transactional Real Estate Our client, a law firm, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney with 1 or more years of experience in Commercial Transactional Real Estate matters to join its team in Orlando, Florida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in representing developers and homebuilders in the acquisition, development, and disposition of real property. Key Responsibilities: Represent developers, homebuilders, and other clients in the acquisition, sale, and development of residential and commercial real property. Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, development agreements, and other transactional documents. Conduct title and survey reviews and analysis, identifying key issues and coordinating with clients, title agents, and surveyors to resolve concerns. Assist with the preparation of closing documents and manage the closing process for real estate transactions. Support senior attorneys in commercial contract administration, including lease agreements, easements, and other contractual matters related to real property. Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders in transactions. Provide proactive legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the real estate development process. Collaborate with colleagues on various legal matters and provide mentorship to junior team members. Stay current on developments in real estate law, market trends, and relevant regulations. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school. Active member in good standing of The Florida Bar. 1 years of experience in Commercial Transactional Real Estate Law, with a focus on development, acquisition, and disposition of real property. Experience drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, and other real estate-related contracts. Knowledge of title and survey review processes, with the ability to identify and address potential issues. Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate legal concepts to clients and other professionals. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic setting.
