In this pivotal role, you will shape the development and financial direction of our organization. Your responsibilities will include crafting and executing an annual funding strategy, ensuring fiscal sustainability through innovative fundraising approaches, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. You will cultivate meaningful relationships with partners, inspire collective action, and ensure that equity guides all our initiatives. This position promotes a collective leadership model, encouraging collaboration in strategic decision-making alongside our dedicated team. Applicants should possess at least 5 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, finance, operations, or development, with a strong commitment to collaborative leadership. You should have proven success in grantmaking, financial management, donor relations, project management, and strategic planning. A genuine passion for equity, diversity, inclusion, social justice, environmental justice, stewardship, and reciprocity is essential, along with the ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals. Strong analytical skills and the capability to articulate complex data clearly will be necessary for this role.
