We are offering a contract position as an Administrative Assistant in Honolulu, Hawaii for a Non-Profit Organization. The selected individual will join our non-profit team, focusing on managing client data, scheduling appointments, and client communication. If interested in this role, please call us at 808-531-0800. Responsibilities:

• Providing efficient and accurate customer service including answering phone calls and emails.

• Handling appointment scheduling for clients and staff.

• Managing confidential client data entry tasks.

• Greeting and interacting with clients, staff, probation officers and agency representatives.

• Processing client payments and maintaining accurate financial records.

• Preparing various types of documents such as letters, reports, and certificates.

• Assisting with donation management.

• Maintaining organized and up-to-date client lists using Microsoft Excel.

• Keeping the supervisor informed about important deadlines.

• Performing other secretarial duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Proficiency in answering inbound calls, with a strong emphasis on maintaining a friendly and detail oriented demeanor.
• Demonstrated excellence in customer service, with the ability to handle inquiries and complaints effectively.
• Experience with data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in email correspondence, with strong written communication skills.
• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls, maintaining a high level of detail orientation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create spreadsheets, charts, and use formulas.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, with the ability to manage calendars and schedule appointments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, with the ability to create, edit, and format documents.
• Experience in scheduling appointments, with an emphasis on time management and organizational skills.
