We are seeking an Escrow Administrative Assistant to become a part of our team in the Financial Services sector, located in Plano, Texas. As an Escrow Administrative Assistant, you will be expected to have a comprehensive understanding of the escrow process, including closing, settlement, and recording for both commercial and residential products. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure smooth coordination throughout the funding process through active communication with our title agent clients
• Maintain strict adherence to state laws and regulations governing real estate transactions
• Address post close issues such as stopping payment checks and sending out to new payee
• Be accountable for addressing payoff/tax shortages with the agent, collecting escrow losses from miscellaneous payees
• Consistently follow up with agents for missing documents needed for our file
• Use skills in software like Abila MIP, Accounting Software Systems, CRM, Crystal Reports, and Data Processing
• Apply knowledge of buying processes, check processing, closing processes, customer service, deeds, escrow, and title escrow
• Show proficiency in escrow processing• Proficiency in using Abila MIP
• Familiarity with various Accounting Software Systems
• Proficient in using CRM systems
• Experience in generating Crystal Reports
• Ability to efficiently handle Data Processing
• Understanding of Buying Processes
• Experience in Check Processing
• Knowledge of Closing Processes in financial services
• Exceptional Customer Service skills
• Familiarity with Deeds and related processes
• Previous experience in Escrow handling
• Understanding of Title Escrow
• Experience in Escrow Processing
