We are offering a contract for a permanent position as a Customer Service Representative at our location. The primary role involves handling customer inquiries, maintaining detailed customer records, and processing customer orders. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth customer service operations within our organization.
Responsibilities
• Answering and routing incoming calls effectively.
• Greet customers and manage their inquiries.
• Accurately log all customer orders and distribute them accordingly.
• Confirm and communicate with customers about their order within a set response time.
• File and organize job jackets in the designated cabinet.
• Create production tickets with box specifications and generate load tags.
• Make additional copies for production as required.
• Adjust or create parts and enter sales orders into the system.
• Print sales order/delivery ticket and log all completed backend sales orders.
• Manage email correspondences and schedule appointments as needed.
• Use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data entry and other tasks.• Role: Customer Service Representative
Experience Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
Skill Requirements:
• Proficient in answering inbound calls and managing inbound/outbound calls
• Experience in call center customer service
• Strong customer service skills
• Proficient in data entry tasks
• Experience in email correspondence
• Ability to schedule appointments effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Experience in order entry tasks
