About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its Greater St. Louis Chapter. The successful candidate will be a dynamic leader, acting as the vital link between the organization and the communities it serves. The Executive Director will also be responsible for cultivating an influential Board of Directors and inspiring a high-performing team of volunteers and staff to achieve ambitious goals in fundraising, blood collection, and mission delivery. Visionary planning and a key role in the regional leadership team are essential to ensure the organization remains a force for good, empowering communities, and making a lasting impact. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years' of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. The role demands a leader with strategic vision, inclusive leadership, and the ability to inspire others. The Executive Director will be at the forefront of championing a culture of inclusion and belonging, and will spearhead the chapter's annual planning process to identify key areas for community impact. While the position does not include direct reports, the Executive Director will hold a pivotal role in the regional leadership team, leading the chapter toward increased influence and impact.
