Our client is looking for someone with 8+ years of experience, organized, and has excellent leadership skills. This is a highly profitable company that offers a collaborative team and flexibility. This position is hybrid. The salary for this position is $120k - $130k. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and develop the General Ledger accounting team. Establish and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls. Oversee the general ledger reconciliation process to ensure accuracy. Coordinate and support the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts, conducting financial and business analysis as needed. Train the accounting team and support end-user adoption of the new ERP System. Serve as a key contributor for year-end financial analysis, reporting, and coordination of the annual audit with external auditors. Assist with special projects as needed. The Accounting Manager will possess the following: EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. MBA preferred. CPA/CMA highly preferred. 8+ years of related experience, with 4 years of managerial/supervisory experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving mindset.
