Our client is a company in the Tomah area looking for an Accounting Manager. Our client is looking for someone with 4+ years of accounting experience, strong communication skills, and well organized. This company offers growth opportunities, a fun culture and hybrid flexibility!

The salary for this position is $100-110k.

The Accounting Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Overall provide day-to-day financial and general support to this company
• Manage general ledger accounting team.
• Manage effectiveness of and implements internal controls.
• Manage internal and external audit.
• Perform month-end close activities.
• Review and approve carious accrual entries.
• Review, evaluate, and report accuracy of general ledger account reconciliations.
• Mentor team members.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.

The Accounting Manager will possess the following:

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• 4+ years of public accounting experience.
• CPA preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detailed orientated, and a problem solver.
