Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Vice President of Human Resources Operations to spearhead our HR strategies across a vital shared service center supporting approximately ten legal entities and 600 employees. In this influential role, you will ensure legal compliance in all HR processes, spearhead the integration of future acquisitions, and play a pivotal role in implementing cutting-edge HR systems.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader with a hands-on philosophy, dedicated to developing and empowering our workforce while cultivating a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Leading talent management and succession planning initiatives.
  • Developing impactful employee engagement programs.
  • Overseeing daily operations of the HR function.
  • Building strong relationships at the corporate level.

Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in HR management or a related field, with a preference for SHRM certification. Experience leading HR in US-based international companies, particularly those with ties to European markets, is essential. We require a proven track record in compliance, due diligence, and strategic operational excellence.
