About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Vice President of Human Resources to spearhead the strategic development and execution of HR initiatives that align with our organization's ambitions. In this influential role, you will enhance employee acquisition, engagement, and performance and oversee all HR operations including talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR compliance at both state and national levels.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, ideally within the healthcare, behavioral health, or wellness sector.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• HRCI and/or SHRM certifications.
• Experience with ADP or similar HR systems is highly desirable.

As a seasoned HR leader, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening and expanding our HR functions, driving transformative change and advancement within the organization. Applicants should demonstrate a strategic mindset and a proven leadership track record.
