The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial reporting, budgeting, and client accounting services to ensure our clients' needs are met effectively and efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting departmentEnsure timely and accurate financial reportingDevelop and maintain budgets for the firm and its clientsImplement and manage outsourced accounting servicesCoordinate client accounting services and maintain strong client relationshipsEvaluate and improve internal controls and accounting processesAssist in tax preparation and compliance as necessaryCollaborate with partners to provide insights on financial performance and strategic planningQualificationsBachelors degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification requiredMinimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting or a CPA firmProven experience as a Controller or similar roleStrong knowledge of accounting principles and practicesExcellent leadership and team management skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience with accounting software and financial reporting toolsBenefitsFor this position you must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
