About the Role
The university is excited to invite applications for the position of Vice President of Human Resources. This pivotal role is responsible for leading and managing all HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. A Master’s degree in Human Resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred, alongside relevant HR certifications. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are essential, as is the ability to forge and maintain effective relationships at all organizational levels.
